Business Development Assistant - Part Time

We’re a small and passionate IT startup focused on building high-quality software solutions for global clients. We're now looking for a versatile Business Development Assistant who can help us grow our client base and keep our internal operations running smoothly.


Role Overview:

We need a sharp, self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a curiosity for technology. Someone who enjoys seeking out new business opportunities and doesn’t mind handling a bit of paperwork and scheduling when needed.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and apply to projects on freelance platforms (Upwork, Arc.dev, Odoo Jobs).
  • Monitor opportunities on SEAP (Sistemul Electronic de Achiziții Publice) and help us submit offers.
  • Write compelling project proposals and follow up on applications.
  • Communicate with leads, understand project scopes, and assist in negotiations.

Skills -

  • English level: Fluent (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to understand our services and tech stack
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and independent
  • Comfortable navigating platforms like Upwork, Arc.dev, SEAP, and Odoo
  • Basic understanding of IT services and terminology (a plus, but not mandatory)
  • Bonus: Experience with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Google Workspace
